West Bend Bank Raising Capital
Posted on April 6th, 2009 No commentsWest Bend-based Commerce State Bank is conducting its third capital-raising effort since opening in 2005 by selling shares in a private placement to qualified investors. The bank plans to raise more than $6 million so it can expand its business and beef up capital, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
