Ex-Lawyer Sentenced in Fraud Charges

Elliott, 62, of Summit, who also faces separate bank robbery charges in Waukesha County, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported. -

Developer Sentenced in Bank Fraud

Johnson, 52, was sentenced for defrauding Evergreen State Bank of Stoughton of $3.9 million by taking out loans under false pretenses, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.

Developer Pleads Guilty to Bank Fraud

Johnson, 52, pleaded guilty to a federal bank fraud charge for borrowing more than $4.5 million from Evergreen State Bank, Stoughton, between September 2004 and December 2005 and using the money for other purposes, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
