No Prosecution for Bad Check Writers
Posted on January 18th, 2009 No commentsOutagamie County is the 16th county in Wisconsin to contract with the Minnesota-based Financial Crimes Services, which charges bank fees and required class fees on top of restitution to people who write bad checks, allowing them to avoid criminal prosecution, the Appleton Post-Crescent reported.
