Milwaukee Housing Prices Show Promise
Posted on June 3rd, 2009 No commentsHousing prices in the Milwaukee metropolitan area rebounded in the first quarter of 2009, but remained slightly undervalued, according to a quarterly report by IHS Global Insight. The report says that housing values in the Milwaukee area averaged $186,700 in the first quarter of 2009, representing a 2.1 percent rebound from the fourth quarter of 2008.
