    Johnson Bank in Racine posted a $39 million loss in the third quarter as it beefed up reserves to cover potential bad debt. The bank has seen deterioration in its commercial real estate portfolio – much of it in its Arizona market – as slowness in the economy has dragged on, said Russ Weyers, chief operating officer.
