Experience Adds Up for Markesan Bank Execs
Posted on July 2nd, 2010 No commentsMarkesan State Bank President Alan Zastrow and Senior Vice President Dennis Prochnow have a combined 80 years of experience in banking and both are still going strong. “Banking has changed a lot since I started,” Prochnow said. “Although I no longer work in lending, when I began we lived by the three C’s of credit: character, capacity and collateral. Character came first. I know rules and regulations are necessary, but sometimes it seems to me the character factor is being phased out or forgotten by those same rules and regulations.” Read the story in the Beaver Dam Daily Citizen.
