Economist: Jobs Just ‘Stimulus Sugar High’

But Wells Fargo Bank economist Brian Jacobson of Milwaukee calls it a “stimulus sugar high,” since most of those non-permanent jobs were created with federal stimulus money, WTAQ reported.
