Crisis Rocks State Banks
Posted on November 27th, 2008 No commentsThe state’s 252 commercial banks had a combined net income of $284 million through the third quarter, down from more than $1 billion for the same period last year. Combined net income for savings banks was $7 million, down from $72 million for the same period in 2007, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
