Banks Lose $3.7B in 2nd Quarter
Posted on August 27th, 2009 No commentsAccording to FDIC statistics, federally insured banks posted a net loss of $3.7 billion in the second quarter of 2009, compared with a $4.8 billion profit in the second quarter of 2008, due largely to deteriorating loan quality.
