Swearing Off Credit Has Downside Too
Posted on February 21st, 2010 No commentsAlthough the credit report firm Equifax says credit card applications are down nearly 50 percent, smaller card issuers like Appleton-based Prospera Credit Union have seen the opposite. At the same time, some people, such as young professionals, are swearing off credit cards entirely – which could actually delay the process of establishing a good credit profile. Appleton Bank Names New VP

Allen has more than 10 years of banking experience, a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Marquette University, according to the Appleton-Post Crescent.
