Amcore Completes Sale of Branches to UB&T

HSA Bank Hires New Sales Director

Nelson has assumed the management of HSA Bank’s national sales team and is responsible for developing the bank’s strategic sales initiatives. Nelson will be based out of HSA Bank’s Wisconsin offices. HSA Bank is a division of Webster Bank, N.A., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Webster Financial Corp, according to a company news release.

Associated Names New CEO

Effective Dec. 1, he succeeds Paul Beideman, who has doubled the size of Associated since 2003. Flynn was most recently vice chairman and chief operating officer of San Francisco-based Union Bank. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported about the new hire and why his experience matters more than a Midwestern connection.

Wis. National City Branches to Change to PNC

Anchor Sells 11 Branches to Royal CU

Royal will assume about $177 million in deposits and receive a corresponding amount in loans, real estate and other assets.
