Lawmakers Address Foreclosures
Posted on February 11th, 2009 No commentsIn a nearly four-hour public hearing about the foreclosure crisis Wednesday, members of the Assembly Committee on Financial Institutions heard calls for mandatory mediation, limits on foreclosures and requirements that mortgage brokers bear more responsibility for the loans they write.
