Associated is Top SBA Lender
Posted on November 28th, 2008 No commentsAssociated Bank was Wisconsin’s top Small Business Administration lender in 2008. The bank made 400 SBA loans totaling about $30 million. Next was U.S. Bank, with 221 SBA loans totaling $24.8 million, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.

Crisis Rocks State Banks

Combined net income for savings banks was $7 million, down from $72 million for the same period in 2007, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
